We all have the right to change our minds, so we guarantee that you will never get stuck paying for something you no longer want. Your credit card will be charged within 1 week of placing your pre-order, however we guarantee you a 100% refund anytime upon request.

We always found that nothing was more annoying than finding a product you like on the internet, finding a price you like, and then getting hit with surprise shipping charges. Our U.S. Shipping Policy is extremely simple and as inexpensive as we can possibly make it:

• Orders over $50: Always FREE SHIPPING via USPS or FedEx.
• Orders under $50: $5 flat rate shipping anywhere in the US via USPS/FedEx.
• Items Marked "Free Shipping": Completely FREE shipping via USPS First Class Mail.

International Customers naturally have it tougher with shipping charges, yet we came up with a very fair shipping discount to help our non-US customers:

• Orders over $50: We will take 10% of your order off the shipping price, up to the full price of shipping.

Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes. Please do not request that we mark your item as a "gift" as this is illegal for us to do.

As mentioned above, we want to make sure that you never get stuck with something that you no longer want. Therefore, we will exchange any item for any reason within 30 days, however shipping will be at the customer's expense (except damaged items sent back for the same item).

Naturally there is a limit to the number of items we can keep on hand, however we want to work with you to get you anything that you may be interested in purchasing. We will special order any item from any of our current manufacturers, however there are two conditions that we must apply towards special orders:

• Special Orders may be subject to delayed shipping, as we will have to include them with one of our full orders from a given manufacturer.
• There are no returns or exchanges on special orders, unfortunately, because we most likely would not be able to re-sell the item in question. You may request an exception, however, and we will consider if we can accomodate you.
