Shipping and Payment Policies

By purchasing from StopAndScrap.com, you are agreeing to all of the following terms:

Shipping (US and Non-US)

  • US (48 continental states and Armed Forces): $5 shipping on orders under $50, FREE shipping on orders which include $50 or more of non-clearance items (refunded after placement)! Shipments to PO Boxes in the Pacific and Mountain time zones will NOT qualify for free shipping due to USPS costs (please use a street address for free shipping).
  • US (48 continental states): $2.50 for First Class Postage on orders under 14 ounces (including packaging)
  • Non-US, Hawaii, Alaska: $12 Shipping Discount* on orders of $100+ of non-clearance items
  • Non-US, Hawaii, Alaska: $8 Shipping Discount* on orders $70 to $99.99 of non-clearance items

To see your shipping rate (before any credits), please just add the items you want to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. After entering your shipping information, you will be shown your shipping charge. Please note that shipping discounts are NOT applicable to clearance items.

*Non-US, Hawaii and Alaska orders will be shown an estimated shipping rate - you will never be charged more than the estimated rate, and you will receive a refund if the actual rate is lower than the estimate.

Orders are considered to be one shipment only and will be held until all items arrive in stock. Orders containing pre-orders and back-orders will NOT be shipped until all of the items are in stock. If you do not want your entire order held, please place a separate order with your pre-orders/back-orders in it. Certain large orders may be split shipped at our discretion, depending on order size and release dates of pending products.

New in stock orders normally ship in approximately 1 business day. Orders including "Clearance" items may take up to 1 week (or rarely more during our busiest times) to ship. If you are in a particular rush, be sure to notify us and we will do our best to accommodate you. In most cases your order will not ship until ALL items in that order are in stock. If your order contains a "PRE-ORDER" item, please click here to check our Release Schedule for more information on when your item is expected in. If you do not want your entire order to wait on just a few reserved items, we recommend that you request splitting your order into multiple orders (each order will be subject to their own shipping fee).

Do you want to pre-order multiple new releases? You can add on to any existing US order by using our new "Combine With Another Order" shipping option. Simply create a new order and during checkout choose the Combine With Another Order shipping option. Be sure to let us know the order number that you are combining with when asked, and you will not be charged an additional shipping fee! International customers will have to check out as usual, but we will refund you for any extra shipping that you paid after combining your orders.

Pre-Orders/Back-Orders

Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. We have this policy because many of our pre-order/back-order items have limited stock and in order to reserve yours, we need to be sure the funds will be available when the item is ready to ship. We are glad to balance this policy out by offering a full 100% refund on any order cancellation as long as it has not been packed yet (except special orders), within 60 days of purchase.

Release and Shipping dates given for reserve/pre-orders and back-orders are estimated only. We are always at the mercy of the manufacturer, so they can change or delay the release date at any time. Please visit our Release Schedule for the most recent updates for release dates!

Cancelling an Order

Orders placed through StopAndScrap.com may be canceled any time before the order is packed for a full refund, within 60 days of purchase only. Orders that are packed and held on reserve for future orders may only be canceled for store credit and only if placed within the last 60 days. We hold orders as a courtesy so you can save on shipping, so we can not offer a refund if you elect to cancel a reserved order. Pre-orders and Orders "On Reserve" at your request for more than 60 days may not be canceled but will be shipped at your request if shipping is paid. Please email Sales@StopAndScrap.com to cancel an item or order, or to request immediate shipment.

Returns

We can accept returns on non-clearance items only under the following conditions:

  • Because we focus on pre-orders and do not stock much product, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee for any returned merchandise.
  • All returns must be confirmed via email or phone before shipping. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization # and the RMA# must be written clearly on the outer package of your return.
  • Returned item must be delivered to us within 2 weeks of delivery to you.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to us.
  • Items may only be returned for store credit.
  • Items returned without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization #, or more than 2 weeks after delivery to you, will either be returned to sender or subject to a 25% re-stocking fee at our discretion.
  • Clearance items may not be returned unless we shipped an incorrect or defective item.
  • We offer exchanges for the same item only on opened defective items within 30 days of shipment. If the defective item is no longer in stock, we will offer a store credit for the cost of the defective item.
  • Defective items under manufacturer's warranty (such as the Making Memories Slice) must be returned to the manufacturer.
To return a product to StopAndScrap, please email us at sales@stopandscrap.com before sending it. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. We will cover the shipping costs for returning defective or incorrect items only.

If you purchase an item that is later placed on sale, we can offer you a store credit upon request for the difference in price if the following conditions are met:

  • The item in question must still be in stock (ie, it can currently be purchased for the sale price) at the time of your request.
  • The item you originally purchased must not have shipped to you yet.
The credit will be given in the form of a StopAndScrap.com Gift Certificate. To request a credit under this policy, please just email us at sales@stopandscrap.com.

Special Orders

StopAndScrap.com will gladly place special orders for items we do not currently carry, however we will only be able to do so if we have an upcoming order with the vendor. Please email sales@stopandscrap.com to find out.

All Special Orders are considered final sale, with no cancellations, refunds or exchanges. Most items that are special ordered are not normally carried by us, therefore if the item in question does not fit our sales scheme we may not be able to sell it to another customer.

Payment Options

Our preferred payment methond is Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover), however if you need to pay via Paypal you can select this option at checkout. Please note there are sometimes technical issues with Paypal so it's usually simpler to use the credit card payment.
