US Shipping

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 within the United States (via USPS Priority Mail or Federal Express Ground).

FREE SHIPPING on specified embellishments within the United States (via USPS First Class Mail). Shipments must be $10 or more to get free shipping on specified 'free US shipping' items..

All orders are considered to be one shipment only and will be held until all items arrive in stock. We will only break your order up into multiple shipments by request and based on the following:

• Your order is over $100 and you'd like multiple free shipments of $50 or more each.
• Your order is under $100 and you are willing to pay $5 for each additional shipment.
• Your order includes multiple free shipping items and you'd like them sent in multiple shipments (all shipments must have at least $10 worth of product to get free shipping).

International Shipping

DISCOUNTED SHIPPING on orders over $50 outside of the United States (via USPS Priority Mail). We will credit your shipping charges in the amount of 10% of your order total (but not more than the cost of shipping). For example, if you place a $100 order and shipping is $25, we will lower the shipping charge by 10% ($10) to $15. Please choose your desired shipping option at full price, and we will lower the charge manually at the time your order is processed. Your order must be over $50 to qualify.

Although the system may allow checkout to international customers for free shipping on embellishments, you will be billed for shipping when your order is processed.

In stock items will ship outside the US within 2-4 US business days (Monday through Friday, not counting holidays). If you are in a particular rush, be sure to notify us and we will do our best to accomodate you.

Pre-Orders/Back-Orders

Your credit card will be charged within 1 week of your order being placed. We have this policy because many of our pre-order/back-order items have limited stock and in order to reserve yours, we need to be sure the funds will be available when the item is ready to ship. We are glad to balance this policy out by offering a full 100% refund on any order cancellation as long as it has not shipped yet (except special orders).

Release and Shipping dates given for pre-orders, back-orders and "on order" items are estimated only. We are always at the mercy of the manufacturer, so they can change or delay the release date at any time. Please visit our Release Schedule for the most recent updates for release dates!

Cancelling an Order

Orders placed through StopAndScrap.com may be cancelled up until they are shipped, except for Special Orders. Please email sales@stopandscrap.com to cancel an item or order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of shipment. To return a product to StopAndScrap, please email us at sales@stopandscrap.com before sending it. In most cases you will have to cover the shipping in order to return an item. For holiday shopping, we will extend our return policy: Any order placed in October, November or December can be returned anytime before January 31, 2009.

Special Orders

StopAndScrap.com will gladly place special orders for items we do not currently carry, however we will only be able to do so if we have an upcoming order with the vendor. Please email sales@stopandscrap.com to find out.

All Special Orders are considered final sale, with no cancellations, refunds or exchanges. Most items that are special ordered are not normally carried by us, therefore if the item in question does not fit our sales scheme we may not be able to sell it to another customer.

You may also call us and leave a message at 631-714-4624 and we will call you back as soon as possible, but this method may take up to 24 hours.
